For over 4 years, Integrated Alliances (IA) is a regional "network of networks" bringing people and businesses together through professional, entertaining, successful networking events and through the power of LinkedIn.

IA specializes in business-to-business (B2B) networking events that enable you to develop business partners, alliances and customers. The events attract business professionals from a wide range of predominantly business services.  The events are monthly SocialNet events and LinkedIn Live! and education with the LinkedIn Hands-on Workshops and Webinars.

Being experts in real world, in-person business networking AND on-line networking with LinkedIn lets us help you integrated these important business methods into your hectic business life more easily.  We make it a lot of fun at the same time.

IA is led by its founder, Mike O'Neil.  Mike is a longtime Sales Engineer bringing technology companies together to deliver soup-to-nuts business solutions.  This led to these B2B networking events and the on-line networking with LinkedIn. Mike has the 140th largest network on LinkedIn (in the world) with well over 6,000 direct connections.

IA's Chief Operating Officer, Dave Westfall, is a 30 year veteran with 14 years at RE/MAX helping it become a global powerhouse.
