Beyond IA, Mike is an Industrial Engineer with 15 years of experience with system integrators and large Internet and telecom carriers including US West (now Qwest), Cable Wireless and Internap.  Mike had designed advanced computing and networking solutions for Random Access, CompuCom Systems and ENTEX Information Systems. Originally from Minnesota, Mike graduated with a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University in 1983.

When he's not networking, Mike's passion is spending time with Brendan his energetic 9 year old son.  Mike also enjoys live music concerts and classic automobiles like his old Z-28, Mustang convertible and Shelby GT500.

Raymond 'Chip' LambertRaymond ‘Chip’ Lambert is a masterful LinkedIn trainer and speaker, Business Development trainer and top-notch networker.  He trains professionals to set-up a system to tap into existing resources and target key individuals needed to build a solid network. At Integrated Alliances Chip is the Executive Director for the Phoenix Region and he also leads our LinkedIn webinar training effort and our affiliate program.
