LinkedIn Discovers Twitter for Customer Service – @LinkedInHelp

LinkedIn on TwitterWant LinkedIn technical support, LinkedIn account maintenance help, got LinkedIn problems (like Chris Brogan had), something to suggest to LinkedIn?

Look at @LinkedInHelp on Twitter to get in touch with LinkedIn, to get some help.

Now, as of this writing they have just 275 followers, and I cannot attest to it’s usefulness at all. Still, this is a REALLY BIG DEAL to LinkedIn users frustrated with LinkedIn Customer Service, LinkedIn Support, the LinkedIn program itself.

So, I submitted a nagging problem just now (May 23, 2012). My problem? Users above a certain network size cannot delete connections. If you’re at 30,000 connections like me, that’s a BIG PROBLEM. It’s been broken a LONG time too.

It seems like LinkedIn is simply broken here and in a number of other places. Have you seen many “Inbox is unavailable” messages lately? Let’s see if my request for help gets any attention. I have been a paid subscriber for 5 years now – that should help.

So, what’s your beef? What’s your problem? What feature do you seek? Let LinkedIn know at http://twitter.com/linkedinhelp! If you send them a message, let us know in the comments below. Let’s track it together and see if someone is paying attention.
