Profile pictures are so important on LinkedIn, and the rest of social media. As the LinkedIn Rockstars, we tell people frequently to use a quality picture to help attract people to click through the profile. We have even heard it described that taking a headshot is the digital equivalent of looking someone in the eyes.

I actually love the shot you have but would love to see it cropped in a bit to get rid of some of the background, which is a bit distracting. Otherwise, a great shot on a white background is brilliant for LinkedIn!
