Life happens, plans change, we get distracted. Even when we set goals with the best of intentions, it is so easy to get distracted and re-prioritize. But when you network, create relationships and build friendships, people step up from the most unexpected places to encourage us and keep us moving forward.
When I jumped in with both feet, I didn’t realize there would be so many challenges facing me over the first weekend I set forth on this new path. When I come back to the blog, every day, there is a new comment, a new encouragement, a new reason to go on.
And this is really what social media is all about isn’t it? Building relationships one person at a time. Even for those of us with large networks, there is such quality and so many good people that we surround ourselves with. When we speak the truth, when we are authentic, new voices rise to the top to say they understand; they are glad we found each other.
So, continuing to win, it won’t happen for me without you. Thank you for your comments, thank you for reaching out, thank you for caring about what I have to say.
